It all depends on how many days in advance you notify us of the cancellation.
If you let us know with more than 30 days of notice, we will refund the full amount of your reservation. No questions asked.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before, we refund 50% of the cost of the nights plus all taxes.
If there are less than 7 days until your arrival, we cannot refund the cost of the nights, but we will refund the proportional part of the taxes.
We understand that there are exceptional situations. In those cases, we analyze your case personally to return 100%.
Hospitalization or serious illness of the holder or first-degree relatives.
Border closures or travel bans issued by government authorities.
Mandatory court summons or electoral calls communicated after the reservation.
Extreme weather conditions that physically prevent access to Formentera.
Last-minute flight changes (airline delays or cancellations), minor illnesses, or work contingencies. For these cases, we recommend contracting private travel insurance.
Formentera is only accessible by ferry. Boat delays or cancellations due to technical reasons of the shipping company or ordinary weather conditions are not considered force majeure. We recommend organizing transfers with sufficient margin.
Send us an email with your reservation name and the dates of stay. If it's due to force majeure, attach the official receipt. We manage it in less than 24 h.
